Your training classes can be delivered by a variety of methods:
- ELearning. Over the last few years, and most notably in 2020, this method has become our most popular method of delivering training. Sometimes, it is not possible to have your trainees all in the same place at the same time, so self-paced training either in the form of ELearnings (including videos) is an excellent, flexible, and engaging option. These can also be excellent add-ons to support and build on an in-person or webinar-based training.
- In-Person Class (Availability May Vary). When possible and reasonable based on the material, we strongly recommend this method, as it fosters the best team-building environment. One or more of our expert trainers will either travel to your location or meet at a separate site and facilitate the training for your attendees. We use a variety of techniques to attempt to bring the content to life for your trainees. While the specific activities vary widely depending on the topic and length of training, we attempt to include hands-on learning whenever possible.
- Webinar Class. When travel (and the associated time and expense) are not within the scope of your project, or when social distancing requires it, we can deliver your training via online webinar. Your attendees can participate either from the same location (such as your central office) or from wherever they are based.
In our experience, it is important that training not be a "one-and-done" proposition. The majority of the training we develop for you will be a part of a more comprehensive program so that your training is supported by extended learning activities, typically facilitated by your managers, so that you and your teams can make the most of your time and investment and see real gains, not temporary post-training "bumps."
Whatever you are interested in or need, we can deliver this to your trainees. We will work closely with the people on your team who are experts in the topics to ensure that the training is fully accurate, comprehensive, and meets your training goals. Should you be interested in having the training also function as a certification or part of a compliance program, we can also develop the evaluation necessary to ensure all trainees have been appropriately trained before program completion.
We also offer training on a wide selection of common topics, which we can customize to your unique industry and team of learners. For example, some of our most common topics are Customer Service 101, Email Etiquette, Introduction to Hospitality Management, Goal Setting for Teams, and more. Not only are these topics time-tested and proven by successful results, but because they are frequently delivered, they can be delivered more quickly and at a lower cost than a fully customized training.
